Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. FOR HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN PERSONAL DATA?
Animation studio LiM does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

  • Name, contact and company details and bank account number
    Animation Studio LiM does not retain this data longer than necessary for the relevant processing purpose.
  • IP address and internet browser and device type
    The IP address, internet browser and device type is stored in the server log when the website is used as part of security measures. This data is anonymised after one month. Within server backups in a secure environment, this data is stored for a maximum of one year.
  • Forms
    Submitted forms on this website are automatically deleted from the web server after 30 days.
    We keep the received data for as long as necessary for our services.
  • Email address and name
    When posting a comment on an article, we keep the e-mail address to verify that the submitter is not a robot and to contact the submitter if necessary. The e-mail address is kept for as long as the comment is on the website.

SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
Animation Studio LiM does not sell your details to third parties and will only share them with third parties if this is necessary to fulfil our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. VIEW, CORRECT OR DELETE DATA
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
